All products sold on the site include specially designed women's bags, sunglasses, watches, costume jewellery and women's fashion accessories.
Product images may show slight color differences from the actual product due to screen settings and light differences.
For special production products, delivery time and return conditions may differ from standard products.
3. Payment and Delivery Information
Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, money order/EFT and other secure methods specified on the Site.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom-made items may take 5–10 business days.
Shipping Fee: Shown at the cart stage. During certain periods, it may be free as part of a promotion.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, within the framework of Law No. 6502.
The withdrawal period starts from the day the product is delivered to the consumer or the specified third party.
The right of withdrawal is valid provided that the product has not been used and its packaging has not been opened.
The right of withdrawal may be limited for custom-made products; this is stated in the product descriptions.
5. Return and Exchange Procedures

After the return is approved, the product is sent to Atelier Emine by cargo.
The product price will be refunded within 7 business days after the product is returned.
Change requests are processed according to stock status.
6. Consumer Responsibility in Case of Failure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
If opening or using the product packaging causes a decrease in the value of the product, the right of withdrawal may be restricted.
If the product is damaged, missing or no longer usable, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
7. Expenses
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal , the shipping costs incurred until the product is returned will be the responsibility of the consumer .
The price of the returned product is paid after the product is received.
