At Atelier Emine, we believe that true luxury is the product of patience, not speed; uniqueness, not mass production; time, not trends. In our workshop in the heart of Türkiye, a story begins every morning — in the hands of a master craftsman, in a bead held up to the light, in a carefully selected material.

Beginning

The Birth of a Workshop

Atelier Emine was born from a deep respect for handicrafts and women's labor . It was established with the aim of preserving Turkey's ancient tradition of craftsmanship and blending it with contemporary aesthetics; in a small workshop, with a big vision.

The only thing that has remained unchanged since our inception is our fundamental philosophy : to stand firmly against fast fashion. To produce each piece to have collectible value, to endure for generations. To choose quality over quantity.

Craftsmanship, Step by Step

The process leading up to each piece being born;
It is a silent symphony of patience, skill, and passion.

Material Selection

Each production process begins with the careful selection of verified, sustainable materials. Crystal, velvet, mother-of-pearl, and pearl beads are sourced from suppliers who meet both quality and ethical criteria.

Design & Pattern

Each collection comes to life with original design sketches. Pattern placement, color balance, and composition are shaped by the joint decision of the master craftsman and the designer. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Hand Embroidery & Knitting

The beads are threaded onto the yarn one by one and woven using patented techniques. This process requires tens of hours per piece, complete concentration, and years of acquired masterful hand skills.

Construction & Assembly

Once the embroidery is complete, the inner lining, metal hardware, and structural supports are meticulously assembled. Zippers, clips, and chains undergo durability testing to ensure long-lasting use.

Quality control

Each piece undergoes a rigorous 25-point quality control protocol. Bead integrity, stitching durability, hardware functionality, and overall aesthetics are all checked and approved before the product is shipped.

Certificate & Delivery

Each verified item comes with a unique serial number and certificate of authenticity. Delivered in its luxury packaging, your bag will arrive with a care guide and warranty certificate.

High refractive index, precision-cut certified crystals. They reflect light from different angles, adding a vibrant sparkle to your bag.

Velvet

Premium velvet selected for its soft texture and rich pigment capacity. It provides both aesthetic and structural support by anchoring the beads to the substrate.

Pearl

Mother-of-pearl, with its natural iridium color variation, creates unparalleled depth. Each bead is a luxury derived from nature; no two designs are repeating themselves.

Pearl Beads

Selected pearl beads with consistent size and tone. A symbol of elegance; the voice of femininity and delicacy.

Sustainable Material Selection

All our raw materials are evaluated within the framework of environmental and ethical supply chain criteria. When using natural resources, the replenishment cycle is taken into consideration. For materials requiring chemical dyes and processes, compliance with EU environmental standards is sought.

Transparent Production

We have records of every product, including which workshop it was made in, which craftsman produced it, and which materials were used. Any customer who requests it can track their product's journey. We have nothing to hide.

Limited Production Discipline

Overproduction leads to both waste and decreased quality. The production number set for each of our collections is never exceeded. This discipline adds collectible value to your bag and gives our workshop freedom and responsibility.

Zero Waste Packaging

Our products are presented in recyclable or reusable packaging materials. We do not use plastic. Our packaging designs are conceived with a second life in mind.

Preservation of Local Craftsmanship

All of our production takes place in Türkiye. We seek skilled craftsmanship, not cheap labor. Our artisans are paid above the market average because fair compensation for labor is not a luxury, but a necessity.
