Each piece is crafted by a master artisan whose name and signature are included below. Any workmanship defects are rectified by us.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is designed to be the broadest possible, ensuring a flawless customer experience.

Items Covered by Warranty

  • Structural deterioration and defects resulting from hand craftsmanship.
  • Visual imperfections resulting from yarn, bead, or workmanship errors.
  • Seam openings and assembly problems
  • Malfunctions of metal accessories (buckles, chains, locks)
  • Zipper mechanism malfunctions
  • Fading or deterioration due to material quality.
  • Shedding of beads, crystals or mother-of-pearl (with normal use)
  • Lining tears and seam separations
  • Hidden defects that occur in the production process
  • Damages incurred during shipping and delivery (documented)

Items Not Covered by Warranty

  • Accidental physical injury and fractures resulting from falls.
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, heat, or chemicals.
  • Interventions by unauthorized repair shops or individuals
  • Use contrary to maintenance instructions.
  • Natural wear, fading, and signs of use.
  • Damage caused intentionally or through negligence
  • Perfume, makeup, or similar chemical contact
  • Deformation due to overfilling
  • Claims where the warranty certificate, receipt, or invoice cannot be presented.
  • Non-transferable warranty rights in second-hand sales (exclusive to the original buyer)

Daily Protection

During Use

  • Apply perfume and deodorant before wearing clothes; chemical contact should be avoided.
  • When placing the bag on the table, hang it from the hook, not on the upholstered surface.
  • Avoid overfilling; bead stresses can cause permanent damage.
  • Makeup products should not be left open inside the bag.
  • If the bag comes into contact with rain or water, immediately dry it with a dry cloth.
Storage Conditions

Storage & Preservation

  • Store in the supplied dust bag, in an upright position.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid using plastic bags; fabric is preferable as it allows for breathability.
  • To prevent deformation, fill the inside with acid-free paper.
  • Avoid contact with other bags and accessories.
Crystal & Beads

Embroidered Surfaces

  • Gently wipe the crystal surfaces with a dry, soft cloth; do not wet them.
  • Harsh brushing or scrubbing will damage the bead connections.
  • Do not clean with detergents, acids, or alcohol-based substances.
  • If you notice beads falling off, discontinue use and file a warranty claim.
  • Avoid rubbing crystal-surfaced parts against hard surfaces.
Velvet & Fabric

Textile Surfaces

  • Gently clean the velvet surfaces with a dry, light brush, in the direction of the fibers.
  • For water stains, immediately pat dry with an absorbent, colorless cloth; do not rub.
  • Any type of washing process, including dry cleaning, can cause damage.
  • Moisture and humidity can cause stains and mold on velvet; a dry environment is essential.
Metal Accessories

Chain, Buckle & Lock

  • Periodically wipe metal accessories with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Salt, sweat, and seawater can cause metallic processes to break down.
  • A jewelry cleaning cloth can be used to keep the metal parts shiny.
  • If you feel any stiffness in the clasp or chain, please contact customer service first.
Professional Care

Workshop Restoration Service

  • You can contact us for professional workshop maintenance once a year.
  • We offer affordable restoration for wear and tear not covered under warranty.
  • Only repair shops/individuals approved by Atelier Emine may perform repairs.
  • Unauthorized tampering may void the warranty; please consult us first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your warranty period begins from the date your product is delivered to you. The delivery date is considered to be the date shown on the shipping tracking system. The same rule applies to gifts or special orders. In case of any discrepancy regarding the date, the customer's statement will be considered the primary date.
Yes. Losing your warranty certificate does not negate your legal rights. Alternative purchase documents such as invoices, order confirmation emails, and bank/credit card statements are accepted as valid warranty claims. Even if you do not have any documents, please contact our customer service; we can verify your identity from our records.
According to Article 15/1-(c) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products prepared upon the consumer's special request or custom production demand. However, this will be explicitly communicated to you before the purchase and your written consent will be obtained. In cases where this is not communicated, your legal right of withdrawal is fully valid. For standard collection products, the 14-day right of withdrawal is valid without restriction.
Unauthorized tampering may limit warranty coverage with respect to damages directly resulting from such tampering. However, your warranty rights remain valid for problems that existed before or are unrelated to the tampering. Clearly explain your situation to our customer service; we will do our best to make the fairest assessment.
In cases where a product under warranty cannot be repaired, the following options are offered under Law No. 6502: Replacement with a new model of the same type (if the model is no longer in production, the closest equivalent alternative), a full refund , or store credit, depending on the consumer's preference. The decision is always left to the consumer's choice.
You will receive an initial response within 48 business hours of submitting your application. After you deliver the product to our workshop, the evaluation process takes 5-10 business days . For approved repairs, the process is completed within 7-30 business days , depending on the complexity of the repair. You will be informed via SMS/email at every step of the process.
Absolutely. Atelier Emine offers paid restoration and maintenance services to all its past and current customers, regardless of the warranty period. On the other hand, maintenance consultation service is free and for life . Feel free to contact our customer service, no matter how old your piece is.

The conditions set forth in this document do not restrict your legal rights under the current consumer legislation of the Republic of Turkey; on the contrary, they provide additional guarantees for these rights. The competent authority for consumer complaints is the Consumer Arbitration Board in your place of residence. You can also apply to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey via tuketicisikayeti.gov.tr .
