Logistics, Shipping, Delivery and Return Terms Agreement

This Express Shipping and Delivery Policy has been prepared to regulate the procedures and principles regarding all logistics operations related to products offered by the Atelier Emine brand, starting from the order placement, preparation, packaging, domestic and international shipping, delivery, undeliverable shipments, return processes, and all related logistics operations.

It is binding within that framework.

This text applies to all individuals and legal entities placing orders through the Atelier Emine website, and upon completion of the order, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted it.

The seller is responsible for carrying out all logistics, shipping, and delivery processes specified in this policy.


2. Operations Center, Warehouse and Return Address

All logistics operations of Atelier Emine are carried out using a centralized operational model.

This address is the sole authorized and valid center for product storage, quality control, order preparation, packaging, shipping, and return acceptance processes.


3. Product Quality and Operational Precision

Atelier Emine collections consist of handcrafted crystal evening bags, VIP jewelry, sunglasses, and watches, all produced exclusively for women.

These products;

– contains sensitive materials
– requires manual production and detailed craftsmanship
– unlike mass production, it is prepared in limited quantities.

Therefore, logistics processes are carried out focusing not only on delivery speed but also on product safety, physical integrity, and aesthetic preservation.


4. Order Receipt and Processing

The order is automatically registered in the system upon receipt of payment confirmation.

The following factors are considered during the order processing process:

– product stock status
– whether the product is standard or custom-made
– operational intensity
– quality control requirements

No orders will be processed without payment confirmation.


5. Same-Day Shipping Service

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM and that are in stock will be processed under the "Same Day Shipping" service.

The order within this scope;

– prepared according to appropriate packaging standards
– delivered to the shipping company on the same business day

Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first business day.


6. Handmade and Custom-Made Products

Handmade and custom-made products;

– Made to order
– Delivery time is subject to product-specific requirements.
– not included in standard shipping times

Delivery times for these products are clearly stated on the product details page.

Handmade and custom-made products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


7. Domestic Shipping and Delivery Conditions in Türkiye

Domestic deliveries within Türkiye are handled via PTT Kargo.

PTT Cargo has a widespread distribution network throughout Türkiye, ensuring traceability and controlled delivery of shipments.

Estimated delivery times:

– Major cities: 1 to 3 business days
– Other regions: 2 to 5 business days

These timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the shipping company's operational processes.


8. International Shipping and Customs Policy

Atelier Emine offers international shipping services to all countries worldwide.

International shipments are handled by DHL Economy service.

8.1 Delivery Method – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

All international shipments are made using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery method.

In this context;

– customs duties
– import taxes
– local fees
– customs clearance costs

It is covered by the seller.

No additional payment will be requested from the buyer at the time of delivery.


9. International Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for DHL Economy shipments are as follows:

European countries: 4-7 business days
USA and Canada: 6-10 business days
Middle East and Asia: 6-12 business days
Other regions: 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the customs regulations and local distribution infrastructure of the respective country.


10. Packaging, Security and Risk Management

All products are packaged in accordance with international logistics safety standards.

During the packaging process;

– shock-absorbing materials
– internal supports that stabilize the product shape

11. Shipment Tracking and Information Process

Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the tracking number is automatically sent to the customer.

12. Delivery Time, Damage and Liability

The package must be checked upon delivery.

If any damage, opening, or deformation is detected on the packaging, a damage report must be prepared by the delivery person.

Damage claims submitted later for shipments received without a delivery receipt being filed may not be accepted.


13. Undeliverable Shipments

If the recipient is not at the address, the shipment will be held at the cargo branch.

Shipments not collected within the specified time will be returned to the seller.

It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that address information is entered completely and accurately.


14. Return Conditions

For standard products, return requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Handmade and custom-made items are non-returnable.
