Stracci Rameo is an experimental Crystal Gelato Couture design that completely rejects the classic understanding of a handbag's surface; it treats crystal not as a decorative element, but as a directly structural and sculptural mass .

The body of this model is constructed by deliberately avoiding regular arrangements, instead layering needle-like, leaf-like, and fragmented crystal forms at varying angles. Instead of forming a single plane on the surface, the crystals create micro-volumes that burst outwards and collapse inwards . This structure gives the bag a coral-like, organic, and almost living texture.

The crystal mesh does not aim for a classic “bright and smooth” reflection. Instead, it exhibits a highly diffusive surface behavior that breaks, disperses, and refracts light. This allows the bag to produce a constantly changing light-shadow character in motion; it exists not through a fixed color, but through a perception of intensity and depth .

The silhouette of Stracci Rameo is based on a soft, hobo-sculptural form where the crystalline mass, concentrated in the lower section, gently opens upwards. The body is not a rigid structure forcibly shaped by an internal skeleton; it is created with a free architectural approach that allows the crystal lattice to be shaped by natural weight distribution and gravity.

The top carrying handle is one of the most distinctive engineering elements of the bag. It's not designed as an additional handle; rather, it's a single, naturally rising belt-like form from the crystalline texture of the body . The angle of the handle's curve is balanced to prevent the crystalline density from pressing down on the hand; during carrying, the weight is distributed evenly along the handle.

This model features no zippers, drawstrings, or mechanical closures . The top opening naturally tapers due to the volumetric density of the crystal surface itself. This approach allows access to the interior volume without compromising the bag's sculptural integrity.

The internal structure consists of a single, compact volume. Despite the dense appearance created by the crystalline mass from the outside, the interior is balanced to maintain its form. The inner surface is reinforced with a high-strength transparent epoxy layer that fixes the crystal lattice from the inside, thus minimizing the risk of deformation during long-term use.

Stracci Rameo is positioned more as a portable couture object than an accessory. Within the Crystal Gelato Couture series, it is one of the models with the most aggressive, voluminous, and experimental surface language.
