At Atelier Emine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you ordered isn't suitable for you, we offer quick and easy exchanges .
1. Right to Change
Purchased products can be exchanged within 14 days , provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
For custom-made products, the exchange process and conditions apply in accordance with the descriptions on the product page.

2. Change Process
Once the exchange request is submitted, your request will be approved by Atelier Emine customer service .
The approved product is sent to Atelier Emine by cargo in its original packaging and unused.
The new product is prepared according to stock availability and delivered to you as soon as possible via PTT Cargo free of charge .
3. Exchange Fees and Expenses
The shipping costs for exchange shipments are covered by Atelier Emine (for standard products).
Exchange costs may vary for special production or promotional products; they are stated on the product page.
4. Exchange Conditions
If the product label has been removed or used, exchanges cannot be made.
If the product is missing, damaged or damaged during delivery, exchange is not accepted.
When requesting a change in product color, model or size, stock status is taken into consideration.
