Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts , you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal begins from the day the consumer receives the goods in distance contracts relating to the delivery of goods, and from the day the contract is concluded in contracts relating to the provision of services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply provide us with a clear statement. You can submit this statement in writing, via a durable data storage medium, or using the return form on our website. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.

Important Information

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the date the product is shipped is the determining factor, and this period is set as 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The date the shipping company receives the product is considered the basis.

After you notify us of your right of withdrawal, all your payments will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive the notification. The return shipping cost is covered by Atelier Emine; any additional costs incurred by the shipping company you selected are not included in this scope.

Return Process

To ensure your return process is as easy and transparent as possible, we've created the following steps. Our customer service team will be with you and keep you informed at every stage.

Application
Please submit your cancellation request within 14 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing info@atelieremine.com or using the contact form on our website. Including your order number and reason for return (optional) in your email will expedite the process.

Approval and Guidance
Within 1 business day of receiving your application, you will receive a return confirmation code and shipping label via email. You will also be provided with the address to which you should send your return shipment free of charge via our contracted shipping company.

Product Preparation and Shipping
Prepare the product in its original box and packaging , along with all accessories and accompanying documents. Including a note with your return authorization code inside the package will significantly speed up the process. Keep the tracking number when you ship the product.

Review and Evaluation
Once the product arrives at our workshop, it will be inspected by our expert team within 2 business days to check for authenticity, damage, and compliance with return conditions. You will be notified of the inspection results via email.

Refund
Following a positive review process, all your payments will be transferred to you within 14 days at the latest, depending on your payment method . Credit card payments may appear in your account within 1-5 business days, depending on bank processing times. For cash on delivery, your bank IBAN information will be required.

Return Conditions

At Atelier Emine, every bag undergoes a rigorous quality process from production to packaging. The product you wish to return must meet the following conditions:

Unused
The product must be unused and untested in a way that will not cause it to lose its commercial value. Normal testing-related use is acceptable.
Original Packaging
The product must be returned complete with all original packaging materials (box, inner paper, protective bag, dust bag), labels, and all accompanying documentation.
Undamaged
The package must not have any damage, dirt, or deterioration caused by the consumer's own fault. A damage report must be filed with the shipping company in case of any shipping damage.
All accessories must be complete.
All accessories included with the product (interchangeable hangers, decorative parts, certificate, warranty card, etc.) must be returned complete.

If the product does not meet the above conditions for return, the return request may be rejected or a deduction may be made in proportion to the loss of value. In any case, our customer will be informed of the decision and a reasoned explanation will be provided.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, certain product categories may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Considering the handmade and personalized nature of Atelier Emine products, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Explanation
Custom Order Products
Products manufactured to order based on the consumer's specific request or personal needs, and not kept in stock, as well as products containing special colors, sizes, materials, monograms, or decorations, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The nature of the special order will be clearly stated before purchase.
Hygiene and Protection
Products whose seals or protective packaging have been opened and are therefore unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons. (For example, if they contain underwear that comes into direct contact with skin.)
Consumer Fault
Products whose value decreases or become unusable due to the consumer's own fault or negligence give rise to compensation liability up to the amount of the decrease in value; this does not negate the right of withdrawal, but a deduction may be made from the refund amount.
Digital Services
Digital content or services that have been delivered with the consumer's consent (e.g., maintenance guide, digital personalization certificate) are irrevocable and therefore excluded from the scope of cancellation.

Defective or Damaged Product

If you discover that your product is defective or damaged, you may exercise your optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, independently of your right of withdrawal.

Free Repair
You have the right to request free repair of the product. Atelier Emine will determine the repair time and method, informing you accordingly.
Exchange in kind
The right to a defect-free replacement. If identical production is not possible, an exchange with another product of equivalent value will be provided.
Price Reduction
The right to request a discount on the sale price proportional to the defect. A refund of the price difference can be requested without returning the product.
Termination of Contract
Right to withdraw from the contract if the defect is significant. The product can be returned and a full refund can be obtained.

For damages occurring during shipping, it is strongly recommended that a damage report be drawn up with the delivery person upon receipt of the product and that damaged packages not be accepted without a signature. All rights are reserved in case of shipping damage; please contact customer service immediately.

Warranty Coverage

Atelier Emine products are covered by a 2 (two) year legal warranty from the date of delivery. Manufacturing defects resulting from handwork are repaired or replaced free of charge under warranty. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, misuse, or accidents is not covered by the warranty. For paid maintenance and repair, please contact our workshop.

Return Shipping Fee

In returns covered under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is covered by Atelier Emine . However, if the customer chooses a shipping company other than our contracted one, the difference in cost will be borne by the customer. In cases of defective product returns, the shipping cost is always covered by Atelier Emine.

Promotional and Discounted Products

The right to withdraw from and return products purchased at a discount or as part of a campaign is fully valid. The refund amount will be calculated based on the purchase price of the product. Return conditions for products given as gifts or bonuses will be evaluated separately by our customer service department.

Refund Periods

After refund approval, credit card payments are refunded within 3-5 business days, bank transfer/EFT payments within 1-2 business days, and cash-on-delivery payments within 3 business days of receiving the IBAN information. Bank processing times are not under Atelier Emine's control, and it is recommended to contact the relevant bank in case of delays.

Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are the competent authorities, and applications can be made to the consumer arbitration board in the province or district where the applicant resides or works. The application value limits for consumer arbitration boards are updated annually by the Ministry of Trade.
